Tongareva Henua

Our little piece of Paradise

A Peoples' heart is its Homeland. Culture, identity and language are interwoven through the Land.

Crafts

Our craftwork is all from organically grown local tree species and dried in the sun. We use traditional weaving patterns handed down from the old days, but we also design new patterns to meet changing ideas in modern times.

Our coconut oil (manongi) is made from hand-gathered nuts and pressed in a modern eco-friendly machine powered with solar electricity. We can perfume manongi with various flowers, such as tiare maori.
